Hi, I’m Sky!

I welcome you into this brave space of growth and connection. I am trained as a Somatica® Method Sex and Relationship Coach and have a B.A. in Sociology and Women’s Studies. Prior to becoming a coach, I worked on “people experience” teams at well-known technology companies. Beyond my education, work experience, and training as a coach, I bring empathy, compassion and clear communication to my coaching practice.

What makes me an effective and compassionate coach are the diverse challenges that brought me to where I am today. Overcoming these struggles has helped me provide unconditional nurturing and open-minded honesty to my coaching practice. I bring my own vulnerabilities and show up unapologetically, and I invite you to do the same. I guide with empathy and courage. I am here for you.

My journey in personal growth took time and courage, and is a continual process. Through a lot of introspection, tears, and answering hard questions, I now feel more grounded and confident. Today I am proud of who I am and how I show up in the world. I want to share my experiences and guidance with you so that you feel supported through your journey.
